What is a client instance?
A client instance = one end customer or brand. For Solo/SMB plans, you can only work for your own organization. Agency plans allow reselling to multiple end customers.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed based on quality mode and content length. Fast mode costs ~10 credits, while Ensemble mode costs ~200 credits per article. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.
Can I add extra client instances?
Yes! With Agency plans you can add extra client instances: Business €75/month, Enterprise €60/month, Scale €40/month. Solo/SMB plans have a fixed number of instances.
